Not a lot, the room was not cleaned on the 2nd Day and was not particularly clean when we arrived
Noisy, and very difficult to get upstairs, stairs very steep and covered in cobwebs

The old black swan, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. At three coopers we had an enjoyable stay. There was parking...

situated just off the market square in bedale the three coopers was perfectly situated for exploring the local area. the rooms were very clean and comfortable (if a little snug). breakfast was substantial and the hosts very helpful and accomodating
we had no complaints but do be aware that this is a pub with rooms rather than a hotel so those who are sensitive to noise may wish to look elsewhere

very informal country pub, rooms were small but comfortable, clean and seemed new. The bar area was typical of a country pub, workman like and busy, not what you could call smart. The host was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was substantial.

a warm friendly welcome awaits vistors to this old historic and charming hostelry. The building is full of charectar and charectars and nothing is too much trouble for Debbie and Geordie (and of course Rolo!) who go out of their way to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.

Clean large room with en suite bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly proprietor. Good breakfast. Excellent Cask Ales. Reasonable tariff. A good local pub without any pretensions. What you saw is what you got. No complaints. Enjoyed my stay.

An extremely friendly pub, really pleasant hosts who made an excellent breakfast on Sunday. The room was very comfortable and clean, they hosts were happy for us to use the room through most of Sunday if we wished. They were very chatty couple, who also serve an excellent pint of beer too, would recommend to friends for a stay.

Friendly, good basic English breakfast (but not much variety).
Minor point but there were steep stairs to the room and no one offered help with luggage therefore would not advise as suitable for elderly people or women without a man to help her.
